Products

MariaRuby jewelry is made with natural gemstones. Small variations in color, shape, or texture may occur. These variations are not defects but unique characteristics that make each piece special.

Prices and Payment

  • All prices displayed on the website include VAT at the legal rate in force.

  • Payments can be made by credit card, MB WAY, bank transfer, or other methods available at checkout.

  • Your order will only be confirmed once payment has been successfully validated.

Shipping

  • We ship to Portugal and other countries within and outside the European Union.

  • Delivery times depend on the shipping address and method selected.

  • After dispatch, customers will receive a tracking number.

  • MariaRuby is not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier services.

Exchanges and Returns

  • Customers have the right to return their order within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is in perfect condition and shows no signs of use.

  • To initiate a return, please email preciouscriterion@gmail.com with your order number.

  • Customized or made-to-order jewelry cannot be returned, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

Warranty

  • All pieces are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

  • The warranty does not cover natural wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, or contact with chemicals.

Liability

MariaRuby is not liable for damages or losses arising from improper use of the jewelry, nor for temporary website failures or service interruptions beyond our control.
