Orders will be shipped to the address provided by the customer at the time of purchase.

Delivery Times

Portugal Mainland, Azores, and Madeira

  • Estimated delivery: 1 to 7 business days

  • If no one is available to receive the package, a notice will be left for collection on business days.

Spain

  • Shipping cost: €5 to €10

  • Free shipping on orders over €120

  • Estimated delivery: 1 to 3 business days

European Union

  • Estimated delivery: 1 to 5 business days

Non-EU Countries

  • Purchases may be subject to customs duties or import taxes in the destination country, which are the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping Costs

  • Orders of €75 or more: Free shipping

  • Orders under €75: Flat fee of €4

Important Information

  • The courier must provide proof of delivery, to be signed by the person authorized to receive the order.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package.

  • Couriers are not required to give prior notice before delivery.
