Warranty Coverage

All MariaRuby pieces include a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear from use

  • Damage caused by improper use

  • Breakage resulting from contact with chemicals or impact

Before sending your item for repair or technical evaluation, please contact our support team.
You will need to provide:

  • A brief description of the issue

  • A completed repair form (available upon request)
